The Ring

What does an ApexRings ring actually track?

All ApexRings health rings continuously track: heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), sleep stages (Light / Deep / REM / Awake), body temperature trends, daily steps, and a daily Recovery Score. Specific models like the Apex Elite also add blood pressure trends and additional sport modes.

How accurate is the health tracking?

Very. Our optical PPG sensors are the same generation of hardware used in leading medical-grade wearables. In independent comparisons, our sleep stage tracking matched clinical polysomnography results within 89% accuracy — comparable to devices costing 4x as much. For blood oxygen, our readings typically stay within ±2% of medical pulse oximeters.

Does it require a subscription to see my data?

Never. Not now, not ever. Your data is yours, fully accessible through the free companion app, forever. We think it's outrageous that other brands charge $6–$15/month just to unlock data your ring already collected. We refuse to do that.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies by model: the Apex Classic and Apex Slim last 5–7 days per charge. The Apex Elite and Apex Pro last 7–10 days. The Apex Tag NFC ring has no battery — it requires no charging, ever.

Is the ring waterproof?

Yes. All ApexRings health rings carry an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning they're protected against submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. You can swim, shower, sweat, and sleep in your ring without any concern.

How do I charge it?

Every ring ships with a free magnetic charging cable (a $24.99 value). Simply snap the ring into the magnetic dock and plug it into any USB-A port or phone charger. A full charge takes 60–90 minutes.

Sizing

What size ring should I order?

Most people wear a size 8 or 9. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — a slightly loose ring is more comfortable for sleep tracking and gives better sensor contact. You can use a ring sizer at any jewelry store, or measure your finger using a string and ruler (circumference in mm matches the ring size number).

What if my size is wrong?

We offer a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us at support@apexrings.com and we'll send the right size.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is free on every order and delivers in 7–14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship from our fulfillment centers in Asia and the US depending on availability — most US orders arrive in 8–12 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2–3 business days of your order being confirmed. You can track it directly through the link in your email or reply to us and we'll look it up for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–18 business days. Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Guarantee

What is the 30-Night Guarantee?

We're so confident in our rings that we let you wear yours for 30 full nights before you decide. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn (outside of normal use), undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping.

What if my ring arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@apexrings.com with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement immediately at zero cost to you.

The App

What app does the ring use?

ApexRings connects via Bluetooth to the H Band app, available free on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app displays all your health data, lets you set goals, view historical trends, and export data.

Is the app free?

Yes, completely free. No in-app purchases, no premium tiers, no subscription. Every feature is included with your ring purchase.

Does it work with Apple Health or Google Fit?

Yes. The H Band app syncs with Apple Health (iOS) and Google Fit (Android), so your data integrates seamlessly with your existing health ecosystem.
