ApexRings offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Shipping Timeframes
United States
- Standard (Free): 7–14 business days
- Expedited: 5–8 business days (fee shown at checkout)
Canada & United Kingdom
- Standard (Free): 10–16 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard (Free): 10–18 business days
Europe (EU)
- Standard (Free): 8–15 business days
Rest of World
- Standard (Free): 12–20 business days
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a shipping notification with tracking number within 2–3 business days of your order being dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Click the link in the email to track your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@apexrings.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & Import Duties
ApexRings ships from fulfillment centers in Asia and the US. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by ApexRings.
Most orders arrive without any customs charges — but if yours does incur a fee, we're happy to provide any documentation you need for customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
