Our 30-Night Guarantee

We stand behind every ring we sell. That's why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee: wear your ApexRings for 30 full nights and if you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of your purchase price. No restocking fee. No hassle.

Standard Return Policy

  • Window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn and undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Refund: Full purchase price (original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable)
  • Return shipping: Customer's responsibility
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@apexrings.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and our return address
  3. Package your ring securely in its original box with all accessories included
  4. Ship it back using any carrier — we recommend getting a tracking number
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Defective or Damaged Items

If your ring arrives defective or is damaged within the first 90 days of normal use, we will replace it at zero cost to you — including free return shipping. Just email us a photo of the issue at support@apexrings.com and we'll handle it immediately.

Wrong Size?

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the size you need, and we'll arrange the swap. You'll only need to cover return shipping on the original ring.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of damage not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (3–5 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
